Standard sample holder

These sample holders are available to allow different applications, including the aluminium sample holder, which is supplied as standard with the diffractometer.

Capillary sample holder

The capillary technique is ideal for examining small sample quantities or air-sensitive samples in a closed environment.
Thanks to the Max-FluxTM Optical System and the linear position sensitive detector the APD 2000 diffractometer produces high-quality diffractograms in an extremely short time, even with small sample quantities.
