METAL TEST portable optic spectrometer for analysis on site, equipped with arc and/or spark excitation source. It may operate in three different ways: sorting (go/non go for comparison), analysis and identifcation grade. Using the argon gas flushed pistol the results are comparable with the ones obtained with a Lab instrument, according to sample’s preparation. Thanks to this system it is possible to determine also carbon element.
